 Hey my love, I'm Carys (rhymes with Paris) and I'm the creator and chief motivator of Sweat It Squad. 

I am a British Mum chasing the sun, living in Mallorca, Spain, with my Swedish hubby. 

After 10 years in the professional dance industry and running my body and self-esteem through the ringer, I needed to strike a balance. 

A balance between looking fit, feeling fit and being mentally fit! 

I have poured everything I have learned about fitness, nutrition, self-love and acceptance and maintaining motivation as a busy, working mum into this membership.

Absolutely!
Results will vary with how many workouts you do and compliance to nutrition, but something is always better than nothing!

We have quick 10 minute workouts and quick recipes so you can easily fit it into your day.

Yes! 

If you are not ready to commit to a years membership then please select the monthly option. 
The price works out as £1.25 a day!

If you are new to exercise, never fear my dear! 
The beginner bootcamp is designed specifically for you! 
You can also choose from the low-impact workout library.

Your fitness will build in time and all the other plans are there - ready and waiting for you.

Absolutely not! 
I only share progress pictures with the member's express permission. 
No need to take pictures, weigh, or measure if you don't want to. 

I want to do everything to make you feel good!

Nope.
Although we have calorie counted recipes and if you are on Sweat It Squad Extra I will give you your personal calories and macros.  Calorie counting is not essential if you don't want to!


In my nutrition trainings I teach you how to get results with and without tracking.

I actually believe that no one should be tracking longterm.

I don't believe in one size fits all meal plans. 

However I give you all the tools to make your nutrition as simple as possible. 
This includes example meal plans to pull inspiration from, recipes, and nutrition trainings.

Once you follow my protocol you will have no problem deciding what to eat' I promise!

No expensive ingredients either, we eat real food!

You get me! 

Honestly I give all the members as much 1:1 attention that I can, I like to get to know everyone personally and make sure you really feel part of the family. 

You will feel supported by a 'normal' person!
