Hi I'm Carys (rhymes with Paris), We are going to be getting to know each other a lot over the course of the next 6-weeks (and beyond).
I am a weight loss, fitness and mindset coach, mum of two, and chief motivator to all the ladies in the Sweat It Squad.
My passion in life is helping women feel confident, strong, and their absolute best selves.
You will see when you come into Sweat It that this is like no fitness programme you have done before. My mission is to not only change you body so you feel strong, toned, light and powerful, but to transform you from the inside out.
